Every peptide prescription comes from a compounding pharmacy. Yet there's no public database of COAs, no quality scoring, no way for a clinic to compare pharmacies on anything but price.
An independent, objective quality score built from verifiable public records and direct COA submissions. Published methodology — no black box, no pay-to-rank. Early adopters define the standard.

Scoring methodology is published. No hidden criteria. No pay-to-rank. Every pharmacy evaluated on the same 10-point scale.
[Coming Soon] When launched, uploading a COA to PepKey will parse it, verify key parameters, and attach the results to your pharmacy profile — and to each specific lot number.
Once PepKey Pharmacy launches, your pharmacy profile will surface across three touchpoints — reaching clinics, patients, and prescribers simultaneously.
When a peptide clinic is listed on PepKey and sources from your pharmacy, their profile displays your score — adding trust signal to both parties.
When the patient app launches, patients will be able to check their specific medication lot number and see whether their COA has been independently verified.
Clinics with PepKey accounts will get a pharmacy comparison tool — side-by-side scores, accreditation status, and COA history — so they can make informed sourcing decisions.
The compounding pharmacy landscape splits into two regulatory tiers. PepKey tracks and scores both, but our methodology appropriately weights FDA oversight and cGMP compliance.
