PepKey Launches Independent Trust Layer for Peptide Therapy
Clinician-built platform organizes provider transparency, pharmacy sourcing, COA verification standards, and safety signals for patients navigating peptide medicine.
PepKey™ announced the public launch of its independent peptide therapy transparency platform, built to help patients evaluate providers with clearer safety, sourcing, and verification signals.
The peptide market has grown quickly, but patients often struggle to understand who is prescribing, which pharmacies are involved, whether sourcing is transparent, and what documentation supports medication quality. PepKey brings those signals into a searchable patient-protection layer.
At launch, PepKey tracks 8,022 peptide therapy providers across all 50 states, with 4,019 provider websites evaluated. The platform reviews medical oversight, prescribing transparency, pharmacy sourcing disclosures, NPI cross-reference, and other trust markers. PepKey does not diagnose, prescribe, sell medication, or practice medicine.
“Patients deserve a way to separate transparent medical care from vague marketing,” said Mike Paepke, PA-C, founder of PepKey. “PepKey is meant to be the trust layer: independent, evidence-focused, and built around patient protection.”
Key facts
COA verification and pharmacy transparency
PepKey is building a source-verified COA workflow for pharmacies and providers. Public COA credit is intended to come from real pharmacy-submitted documentation, not scraped or unverified files. The company’s verification policy is available at pepkey.org/coa-verification-policy.html.
