How pharmacies submit COAs to PepKey for verification
PepKey accepts Certificates of Analysis directly from pharmacies and authorized representatives so quality evidence can be reviewed at the source before patients or clinicians rely on it.
No automatic public credit: A submitted COA is not published, counted as confirmed, or used for pharmacy/provider scoring until PepKey completes source verification.
What to include
- Pharmacy name, website, and accountable contact information.
- COA file or secure file link, peptide name, lot number, test date, and lab name.
- Whether PepKey may contact the listed lab or pharmacy representative to confirm source details.
Review outcome
Submissions can remain private, be rejected, or become source-verified records. Public display resumes only for records that pass the verification policy.
